Description
Woodrow Brock, instructor in woodworking at Panther Boys' Club, inspecting three small plane models made for the Navy Department's observer-training program. He is seated at a desk, looking at the models which are placed on top of a sheet on the desk. The model at the left is a Curtiss P-40 and the center one is a Vought-Sikorsky "Kingfisher" observation plane. Other papers and a telephone are also on the desk. Mr. Brock is wearing a dirtied apron over a collared shirt with rolled up sleeves. Behind him, two file cabinets can be seen.
