Description
Brigadier General E. F. Reinhardt, commander of Camp Wolters, and Mrs. Reinhardt attending the annual Palo Pinto County Livestock Association banquet in Mineral Wells, Texas. The couple were honor guests at the banquet. They are sitting at a dining table and in front of them are napkins, cups and plates with grapefruit halves. General Reinhardt is wearing a military uniform and his wife is wearing a jacket that has a pattern running down the center. Behind them, at the far left, is an unnamed man who is bent over slightly as if he was reaching for something. Two large windows can also be seen in the background.
