    Attendees of a Mary Hardin-Baylor College dinner party included, left to right, Mrs. Gordon Singleton, Mrs. Lee R. Scarborough, Mrs. B. A. Copass, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Mrs. George Truett, of Dallas, Texas. The four women are shown standing in a room, each holding a small teacup and saucer. Mrs. Singleton is wearing a dark jacket and skirt ensemble with a lace blouse underneath; Mrs. Scarborough is wearing a long, dark dress with a pearl necklace and a floral accessory pinned near her collar; Mrs. Copass is wearing a jacket and skirt ensemble and holding a purse; and Mrs. Truett is wearing a dark, long-sleeve dress with a floral accessory pinned by her shoulder. All the women are also wearing hats and all except for Mrs. Singleton are wearing eyeglasses. Behind them is a tall window with patterned curtains.
