Soldiers and women who will attend the United Service Organization (U. S. O.) dance at Hotel Texas are, left to right, Corporal Jim Turner, of Camp Wolters, Sergeant Dale D. Dornell, of Jefferson Barracks, Missouri, Katherine Fortson and Bobie Billingsley. The soldiers are wearing their military uniforms. The women are dressed in a Western costume. Miss Fortson is wearing a plaid print, long-sleeve shirt, a skirt and cowboy boots. Her cowboy hat is resting on her lap. Miss Billingsley is wearing a long-sleeve, collared blouse, trousers and a cowboy hat. She is holding a horseshoe-framed mirror. In the reflection are herself, Miss Fortson and Sergeant Dornell. There is another mirror with a circle frame on the back wall.
