C. H. Bartlett, left district manager of Safeway Stores, Inc., here for four years, turns his desk over to his successor, W. E. Williams of Abilene, Texas. Both men are shown wearing suits. Williams is sitting at a desk, while Bartlett is standing at his side with pen in his right hand pointing at an open notebook on the desk. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition March 03, 1942.
