Description
The "Victory" snowman in the yard of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Watkins, 907 Bessie Street, was the handiwork of Natilee and Maurice Watkins and their guest, Gerald Cason of Houston, Texas. Published in the morning edition Fort Worth Star-Telegram Mar. 2, 1942. Two men and a woman building a snowman with a large V on its base. There are houses and a fence in the background. The woman is wearing a dress under a coat, a handkerchief covering her ears. The man visible in front of the snowman is wearing a plaid jacket, knit cap and boots with a cigarette in his mouth. The man behind the snowman is wearing a knit cap and jacket with a ring on his right hand ring finger.
