Image shows Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show opening parade. Cowgirls, cowboys, bands playing, horses, and flags, all seen and heard at the Stock Show parade Friday afternoon. Thousands lined Main and Houston streets for the parade, first feature of the 10-day show. The shots is a aerial photograph of the parade. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 9, 1940.
