Description
Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Brannon, of Santo, Texas, attending the annual Palo Pinto County Livestock Association banquet in Mineral Wells, Texas. Mr. Brannon is vice president--and is a former president and organizer--of the association. They are sitting at a dining table. Mr. Brannon is wearing a dark suit with a striped tie and his wife is wearing a dark dress with a rectangular brooch pinned near the neckline. Both are also wearing eyeglasses. Silverware and a program can be seen in front of them on the table.
