Description
Miss May Parchman is holding a group of tickets to the Policemen's Ball. She is inviting everyone to attend the ball on March 7th at Casino Park. The tickets only cost $1 and proceeds help defray insurance premiums of the policemen. Miss Parchman works for the city, counting nickles from parking meters. She is sitting at a desk wearing a peaked cap loaned from Traffic Captain Dysart. She is also dressed in a collared blouse and a skirt.
