Description
The winners of the Golden Gloves State Tournament in Fort Worth, Texas, are traveling by train to Chicago, Illinois, to compete in Nationals. Corporal J. Olcott Phillips, the state heavyweight champion, is getting a chance to "drive" the engine as the team rolls to Chicago, Illinois. Phillips is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and a member of the 36th Division of the United States Army. He is dressed is a peaked cap, coat, and trousers.
