Description
The 1942 Golden Gloves State Tournament is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Competing in the welterweight division, left to right, are Marvin Bryant and Edward Russey. Bryant is representing Dallas, Texas, in the tournament. He is shown backing away from Russey's left jab. Bryant went on to win the match and the welterweight title.
