Description
Bill Adams of North Side High School was named cadet commander of the Fort Worth High School Reserve Officers' Training Corps (R.O.T.C.), after winning in competition against three other high school R. O. T. C. officers. Young Mr. Adams is standing against a wall, wearing his R. O. T. C. uniform which is heavily decorated. He is looking ahead into the distance. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 8, 1942.
