W. A., discuss the association's conference program. They are each holding one side of the program booklet. Miss Houle is wearing a dress with a brooch pinned near the collar and Dr. Russell is wearing a suit with a name tag pinned to the jacket lapel. They are standing in front of a wall. At the far right, on the wall, is a light switch. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 7, 1942.
