Boy Scouts illustrate the variety of war activities in which they participate. Sea Scout Dan Mason, 17, of the Vampyre Ship No. 3, holds a defense bonds placard; Senior Scout Roy Keller, 14, of Troop 2, holds books for soldiers; Scout Dick McLamore, 12, of Troop 2, holds aluminum utensils, and Cub George Blazi, 10, of Pack 2, carries old newspapers. The scout are wearing their respective uniforms.
