The 90th Infantry Division has joined the training facility at Camp Barkeley in Abilene, Texas. Major General Henry Terrell Junior is the commanding officer of the new 90th Division. He is shown sitting at the desk. His staff, standing left to right, are Captain Garlen R. Bryant, Captain C. T. Carrell, Major Bruce Easley, Colonel Eustis L. Poland, Lieutenant Colonel Edwin McCoy, Captain Elmer W. Grubbs, Lieutenant Colonel Mark E. Smith Junior; Major Clarence Richmond, Major James V. Thompson, Lieutenant Colonel E. V. Stansbury and Captain Robert Miller. They are all wearing military uniforms.
