    Description

    Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt at KGKO radio station, broadcasting her weekly program. She is sitting at a desk with a microphone on the desk in front of her. Behind her stands five United States Marines posing as her honor guard. The honor guard of United States Marines is composed of sergeants Robert L. Malone, M. R. Franklin, W. V. Fowler, W. A. Dealey and P. W. Hudgins. They are from the Fort Worth and Dallas recruiting stations. The men are all wearing uniforms and hats while Mrs. Roosevelt is wearing a dress, a necklace, and a hat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition, January 26 1942.
