Description

Elizabeth Cowling is one of the Six Flashes dancers who will appear on the floor show at the dance for servicemen hosted by the United Service Organization (U. S. O.) at Hotel Texas. She is dressed in her dance costume, consisting of a dress with feathers on the shoulders and a hat, and is twirling a ribbon baton.
