"Ismael Brown (left), a civilian pilot instructor, is fingerprinted by Eugene McCurdy, Civil Aeronautics Administration (C. A. A.) Inspector. Sixty-three pilots did the same thing here Thursday as new and stringent identification rules went into effect at midnight for all non-military fliers." Mr. McCurdy is standing in front of Mr. Brown, holding Mr. Brown's hand while taking his fingerprints. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition January 9, 1942.
