Description

When the career wife changes costume and career, time and plans must be well organized, Mrs. Paul Daniels, 1216 Pennsylvania Avenue, has learned. Mrs. Daniels pats a recalcitrant curl in place before stepping out with her husband. Mrs. Daniels is looking into a mirror as she is fixing her hair. She is wearing a bracelet and a dark-colored gown with a v-neck neckline and slightly open back in the shape of a triangle. There are three pieces of decorative glassware with fresh cut plants resting on the table before her, although only the shadow of the flower on her right. An arching floor lamp is standing just next to her right. Elegant diamond wallpaper is adorning the wall. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 18, 1942.
