Description
Mrs. George Richard Jennings, the former Miss Frances Coates, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claude P. Coates, 611 West Fourth Street. Wedding of the couple took place Wednesday night in the First Methodist Church chapel. Mrs. Jennings is wearing a half-button down, drop waist dress with lace detail at the cuffs and just under the right shoulder. She is wearing a huge corsage with two roses and an orchid, with leaves, smaller white flowers, a bow, and ribbons. A pearl necklace is peaking from beneath her neckline. She is wearing her hair in curls, wrapped in a head scarf. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 2, 1941.
