Mrs. Monnig is wearing a dark-colored dress with sequin-embellished sleeves, a five-strand pearl necklace, a watch, a bracelet, a few rings including her wedding rings, and a corsage. She is holding a thin white object in her lap. She is smiling. Mr. Monnig is wearing a three-piece suit with notched lapels and a boutonniere. Star-Telegram morning edition, December 31, 1941.
