Miss Jeanne Marie Polk, left, has as her holiday guest Miss Mary Wright of St. Paul, Minnesota. The girls were classmates at Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts. Miss Polk is wearing a tweed blazer and skirt set with a collared light-colored blouse. She is wearing her hair half up and half down, with the top half swept into a pompadour. She is holding her hands in her lap and smiling while looking directly into the camera. Miss Wright is wearing a collared light-colored blouse and a tweed skirt.
