    Description

Mrs. Willie L. Stewart, 77, of Lake Worth, had a vision that came true. Despite a message from the Navy Department that her foster son was killed in action, she believed that he was alive. A second message stated that Carl Stewart, the foster son, was alive. Mrs. Stewart is sitting in a chair in front of a wood-burning stove. She is holding a light-colored handkerchief. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 29, 1941.
