    Description

    When the alumni association of Lena Pope Home held its annual reunion December 27 at the Woman's Club, many men graduates were absent in the armed forces but still a good crowd attended. Miss Eva Mae Crenshaw, Fort Worth, Texas, and Mrs. Lena Pope looking at souvenir service pillows and other memos which "her boys" in the armed forces have sent her from over the world. The ladies are seated on the piano bench where the pillow souvenirs, portraits and flags adorn the grand piano. Mrs. Pope is holding a football-shaped pillow with T. C. U. on it. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 28, 1941.
