Carrell Price, 19, is the outstanding 4-H Club boy of Tarrant County for 1941. He is shown working on his monthly livestock report with the aid of John Whitfield, right. Carrell is taking a defense training course at North Texas Agricultural College. He is dressed in double breasted, three-piece suit. Mr. Whitfield is the assistant Tarrant County agent. He is wearing a striped shirt, necktie, and a jacket.
