Description

The Fort Worth Rangers hosted a benefit ice hockey game against the St. Paul Saints at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. A portion of the proceeds are being donated to the Goodfellow Fund. Sam J. Buron is shown handing a check for $115.08 to Mrs. Thelma Vinson. Mr. Buron is president of Texas Ice Events, Incorporated. He is dressed in a cowboy hat and a double breasted suit. Mrs. Vinson is standing behind a teller counter. She is a cashier at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
