The Texas State Parks Board and Executive Committee is meeting in Fort Worth, Texas, to discuss the project for Big Bend National Park. Attending the meeting is Newton B. Drury, director of the National Park Service in Washington D. C. Mr. Newton is shown in a wood paneled room. He is wearing a cowboy hat and a double breasted suit.
