The tax committees of the Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association are holding their seventh annual meeting at the Blackstone Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. More than 200 members are in attendance. Talking before the evening banquet, left to right, are Lee Kirkwood and A. J. Wells. Mr. Kirkwood, of Fort Worth, Texas, is a member of the arrangements committee. He is a member of the Shurman & Kirkwood company. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Wells is with the Carter Oil Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is the new chairman of the standing committee on state and local taxation. He is dressed in a double breasted, three-piece suit and is wearing eyeglasses.
