Description

The tax committees of the Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association are holding their seventh annual meeting at the Blackstone Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. More than 200 members are in attendance. Sitting at a table during the opening meetings, left to right, are H. F. See and H. D. Mahin. Mr. See, general chairman, works at the Atlantic Refining Company in Dallas, Texas. He is dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit and is smoking a cigarette. Mr. Mahin works at Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He is the general vice chairman of the committee. He is dressed in a three-piece suit.
