Description

"Spring in West Texas," is a painting by Lewis W. Teel of El Paso, Texas. Mr. Teel is the winner of the People's Choice prize, offered anonymously as a feature of the West Texas Art Exhibition. The show is annually sponsored by the Fort Worth Art Association. Mr. Teel also won the competition in 1939 with a similar West Texas scene.
