Shot of a large power shovel digging out blasted rock and loading it in trucks after workmen blasted dynamite at the West Lancaster Avenue bluff for a cut and fill project that will connect Trinity River Bridge with Summit Avenue. Standing around the power shovel are a few construction workers and some parked cars. Further down the road are a couple of houses.
