    The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (linemen) No. 156 are purchasing $2,600 in Series F defense bonds. Mrs. E. T. Ingram, right, is the wife of the union's financial secretary. She is shown negotiating the purchase with R. C. Martin, vice president of First National Bank. Mr. Martin is dressed in a pinstripe suit. Mrs. Ingram is wearing a hat, dress, coat, and gloves.
