Texas Farm Bureau Federation Convention was held at Hotel Texas. Attendee I. W. Duggan of Washington is pictured here. Mr. Duggan is the regional director of Agricultural Adjustment Administration (AAA). He is shown standing at the podium and making a speech for the Texas farmers. There is a microphone on the podium. He is dressed in suit and tie. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 3, 1941.
