Description
A benefit ice hockey game is being held in Fort Worth, Texas, for the Star-Telegram Goodfellow Fund. The game will be between the Fort Rangers and the St. Paul Saints, at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Pete Pleban is a wing man for the Fort Worth Rangers. He is shown with two underprivileged children who will be helped by the benefit game. They are standing on the ice. Pleban added cotton "whiskers" to his uniform and is dressed like a Hockey Santa Claus. The young boy, left, is wearing a hat, coat, and trousers. The girl is sitting on Pleban's knee, wearing a hat and a coat. The Rangers are currently the leading team in the Southern division of the American Hockey Association.
