Description
Phil Becker is a 134-pound tailback on the Paschal High School Football team. In addition to being named All-State, Becker is being crowned District Seven's most popular football player. The contest was conducted by Leonard Brothers. Becker is shown posing with his trophy. He is dressed in a sweater and a letterman jacket. The inscription on the trophy reads: "To Paschal High School from Phil Becker, winner of Leonard's popular player contest District 7-AA 1941. Compliments of Leonard Bros." "(Star-Telegram Photo.)"
