    River Oaks Village officials (left to right) George W. Garnett, Sam L. Walters Junior, D. D. Barron, O. L. Hartman, Earl B. Clark, John L. Lewis and George Glesson. The group of men are shown standing side by side with each of their right hands raised up, as they listen on at Mr. Glesson. Mr. Glesson appears to reading from a sheet of paper in his hand, leads them in the oath. In the middle of the group is a small table with a few books and documents scattered around it. Behind them is a large window with a curtain. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 2, 1941.
