Description
Morris S. Frank of Morristown, New Jersey, originator of the "Seeing Eye" philanthropy for the blind, is shown here with his seeing-eye dog, a German shepherd. Mr. Frank is shown sitting on a chair with his arm around his dog. He is wearing a suit with a dotted tie and suits vest underneath his jacket. This is his first visit to Texas. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 30, 1941.
