Description

Texas Christian University (TCU) Homecoming celebrants Mrs. Rex Hooper, seated, of Austin, Texas with Mrs. Otto Nielsen and and 2-year old Betty Nielsen. Mrs. Hooper is shown visiting the room she occupied in Jarvis Hall when she was a student. She is seated in front of a vanity that has framed pictures of women, perfumes and a wooden box laid out in front of the large mirror. Mrs. Hooper is wearing a patterned dress and a flat hat tilted towards her face. Mrs. Nielsen stands behind Mrs. Hooper and small Betty stands on the corner of the vanity as her mother holds her. Mrs. Nielsen is wearing a dark coat and a wide collared blouse underneath. She is also wearing a flat hat as well. Her daughter is wearing a small jacket and skirt with a small knitted hat on her head. Behind the trio is a wall with a few more, smaller framed photos hung up and a hat resting on a floral fabric.
