Description
Joe Taylor, 9, and Martha Presley, 7, chat with Mrs. Tim H. Dunn, president of the social services section of Junior Woman's Club, the group that provided the eyeglasses to the children. The two young children are shown chatting with Mrs. Dunn as she sits in front of them. She is wearing a long-sleeve, dark dress with two necklaces and a turban hat. Joe is wearing a dark jacket and a pair of trousers while Martha wears a floral patterned dress. The social services section will have a bridge tournament Tuesday, December 2nd to raise funds for their project, a clinic to correct crossed yes of children. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 1, 1941.
