A scene from "Mrs. Apple and Her Corps," to be presented by the Sagamore Hill Pre-School association int he school auditorium. The play cast members include (standing, left to right) Mrs. C. E. Dimcock, Mrs. J. M. Cook, Mrs. R. H. Huff, Mrs. O. B. Swallow, Mrs. E. M. Moore, Mrs. Forrest Wildman, Mrs. Jack Sowers, (front row) Mrs. Louis Harris (left) and Mrs. M. M. Slagle Junior. The group of women are shown crowded around each other, most of which are looking at Mrs. Huff. Everyone is wearing a different costume, but most are wearing a patterned dress or skirt accompanied by a hat. Mrs. Huff is the only one wearing a pair of trousers among the group. Behind them, the curtain is pulled down and a chair is off to the side. The proceeds from the play will be used to finance a play center for children between three and six. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 26, 1941.
