Description
The Pecos Valley Livestock and 4-H Club Show in Monahans this week was the first 4-H show ever staged in four counties of Ward, Reeves, Loving and Winkler. In the picture is shown, C. O. Finley of Pecos, president of the protective association staging the show, is shown on his horse as he led the parade.
