The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Rice University Owls at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the football game are Charles Hale and his mother, Mrs. C. R. Hale. They are residents of Granbury, Texas and T. C. U. Boosters. Mrs. Hale is wearing a hat and a coat. Three-year-old Charles is bundled in a blanket. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, November 2, 1941.
