The match was between Marvin Shannon of Fort Worth, Texas and Clinton F. Russell of Duluth, Minnesota. H. C. Burke Junior (center), treasurer of the civic committee which promoted the match, is presenting the check to Mrs. Floyd Sweet, treasurer of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Association for the Blind while Theodore Mack, association councilor, looks on.
