    Description

    The 1941 Christmas Seal Contest is underway in Fort Worth, Texas, to benefit the tuberculosis society. Sponsoring a package decorating contest, left to right, are Mrs. Inez Caviness and Mrs. P. E. Gardner. Mrs. Caviness is the district governor of Texas Pilot Clubs. She is wearing a hat, striped blouse, and a blazer. Mrs. Gardner is the local club president. She is dressed in a hat, collared blouse, and a blazer. The women are shown sitting at a table and opening envelopes.
