Frances Ann Miller was crowned posture queen of Our Lady of Victory Academy at a presentation ceremony held at the school. Miss Miller was chosen from among the final five contestants. She is a thirteen year old academy freshman and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George B. Miller. Miss Miller is wearing a long gown with puffy sleeves, a cross necklace, and a crown.
