Description
Americans from Europe voice stern hope on Armistice Day. Mrs. S. M. Lozuk, Russia, is sitting down on a chair beside a door. She is wearing a dark-colored dress. She said "First Armistice Days brought great happiness. You can't know what peace means unless you have been in a war-torn country. But in this country now it is time for serious observance of Armistice Days. Some day the term "armistice day" may mean something for happiness and joy, but not now."
