Description

Soldiers of the 142nd Infantry, 36th Division pitched a camp for 3,000 men just west of Fort Worth Sunday afternoon for an Armistice Day Celebration. The entire camp, including the new types of arms used by Uncle Sam's forces, was open to the public and there were many visitors during the day. Here Corp. Thomas B. Roberts of Snyder, Company I, 142nd Infantry, explains the operation of light Lewis machinegun to C.L. Erhardt, 1705 Fifth Avenue.
