Reverend Floyd Boulware (left), pastor of College Heights Methodist Church, receives congratulations on the birth of his twin sons from Reverend John M. Neal, of Huntsville, Texas, general evangelist, between sessions of the Central Texas Methodist Conference. The two reverends are standing in front of a brick wall, both wearing suits. Reverend Neal has his right hand on Reverend Boulware's left shoulder. Reverend Boulware is holding a box of cigars that Reverend Neal gifted him. Both men are smiling.
