Description
The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. A Loving Cup is being awarded to the winner of the "My Home Town" speaking contest, sponsored by the Chamber. Pictured left to right are Comer Clay, Weldon Huntsman, and C. M. Caldwell. Mr. Clay, of Abilene, Texas, is the co-chairman of the contest. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Huntsman, of Winters, Texas, is accepting the trophy. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Caldwell, of Abilene, has been chairman of the contest for fifteen years. He is dressed in a three-piece suit.
