Description
Visiting with Fort Worth brides. Their hobbies, recreation, duties. When one is a bride, there’s so much to learn about organizing the household tasks, cooking and being a “little housewife†that it keeps a girl plenty busy, Mrs. Carl Gibbe, is finding out. Dr. and Mrs. Gibbe, married here October 4, are established in an apartment after a trip to Mexico. Mrs. Gibbe has the thrill that comes to every bride when she opens wedding gifts and explores the hidden recesses of beautiful packages. Mrs. Gibbe is shown smiling in her living room, as she opens a package containing a silver tea set. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition November 30, 1941.
